How to Use Liver Nutrients

Take 1 capsule after dinner to give your liver targeted support during its natural overnight repair and detoxification cycle. Taking it with or after your evening meal ensures optimal absorption of the fat-soluble ingredients—particularly the Siliphos® phytosomal milk thistle, which requires some dietary fat for best results.

This formula is designed for daily, ongoing support—not harsh detoxification. Unlike aggressive liver cleanses that can overwhelm your system and cause uncomfortable side effects, Liver Nutrients provides nourishing support that works with your liver’s natural processes.

Who Can Use Liver Nutrients

Liver Nutrients is suitable for adults, children ages 4 and up, and breastfeeding women. This product is not recommended during pregnancy. If you are allergic to ragweed or related plants, consult with your healthcare professional before use, as this formula contains milk thistle.

About Our Clinical-Strength Siliphos®

Dr. Lynch significantly upgraded this formula. We replaced 250 mg of standard milk thistle extract (80% silymarin) with 160 mg of Siliphos® silybin phytosome from Indena—the clinical dosage shown in research to support healthy liver function.

Here’s why this matters: Standard milk thistle is notoriously poorly absorbed, with only about 2% of the active silybin reaching your bloodstream. Siliphos® complexes silybin with phosphatidylcholine, resulting in up to 10 times greater bioavailability than conventional silymarin extracts.

The math: To match the absorption of just 1 capsule of our new formula, you’d need approximately 6-7 capsules of the old formula. That’s a dramatic improvement in what actually reaches your liver.

We also increased Alpha-Lipoic Acid from 75 mg to 100 mg—a 33% boost in this critical nutrient that acts as an antioxidant and supports healthy glutathione levels and fat metabolism.
